I believe every breakthrough, whether you’re reclaiming your health or leading a movement, starts with an identity shift. Most people feel stuck not because they lack a "plan," but because they lack the internal safety and external systems to actually grow. I don’t just give you a to-do list; I help you build the Architecture of Resilience.


From Crisis to the International Stage

My journey didn't begin in a boardroom or on a trailhead. It started in a locked psychiatric unit. As a victim of chronic trauma, I was told I was "too disabled" to ever work a full-time job. I had felt completely powerless, to the point that I saw no way forward.

But I found that transformation isn’t a lightning bolt; it’s an operational process. I fought my way out by giving my light the oxygen it needed to grow, step by step, mile by mile. I learned that to move from Victim to Victor, you need more than just motivation. You need Agency. You need the practical systems to manage your environment and the nervous-system resilience to manage yourself.

The Integrated Toolkit

I work at the intersection of Human Performance and Strategic Systems. I’ve spent over a decade mastering the mechanics of progress, blending high-level operations with the science of the human spirit.

  • The Physical Engine: As a Certified Personal Trainer and Running Coach, I teach you how to use movement as your primary coping skill and your greatest source of empowerment.

  • The Behavioral Science: As a Behavior Change and Trauma-Informed specialist, I provide the mental frameworks and nervous-system regulation needed to stop "freezing" and start flowing.

  • The Systems of Success: I take the same precision I use to manage global operations and project workflows to help you design a life that doesn't lead to burnout.
