From a "disabled" victim of trauma to an international athlete and speaker, I use movement and mindset to help you build the strength to walk away from your past and into your power.

They told me I was too broken to work a full-time job. They told me the trauma was too severe. For years, I believed them, until I laced up a pair of running shoes.

Running wasn't just exercise; it was my escape. It was the first place I realized that my legs could carry me further than my fear. Every mile was a reclamation of my agency. Every group fitness class was a reminder that community is the antidote to isolation.

I didn't just "get better." I built a new identity.

I took the resilience I learned on the trail and used it to lead international operations, speak on global stages, and raise four children with a spirit of victory. Today, I don’t just coach "fitness"; I provide the blueprint for the Identity Shift. Whether through trauma-informed movement, group coaching, or my upcoming book Stepping into Strength, I am here to show you that when you heal the body through movement, the mind follows, and your potential becomes limitless.
